I almost gave up on Threads

Most people quit before their work starts making a real difference.
Today, I’m sharing the real reason I kept showing up.
Even when the numbers didn’t move.

Hey Reader,

I thought I was doing everything right.

I showed up.
Posted consistently.
Shared what I knew.

But for over a year...
Across different accounts, I barely made a dent.

I was on Threads for 18 months.
Every now and then, I’d make a sale.
But it was usually from someone just like me, not my actual audience.

Why?

Because my content wasn’t being seen by the people who needed it.

I was stuck in a loop:
Talking to other creators.
Not customers.

Even on this current account…
I’m nearly 8 months in.
And I’m nowhere near where I thought I’d be by now.

Not in followers.
Not in revenue.
Not in growth.

And yet...
I’m still here.

Not because of the future income (I know that’ll come).
But because of something else.

It’s the DMs.
The comments.
The replies from people who’ve started showing up differently...
Because of something I said.

That’s what fuels me.

Not the algorithm.
Not the Stripe dashboard.
Not the vanity metrics.

The fact that someone out there is better
Because I didn’t stop posting?

That’s the kind of win you can’t track on a spreadsheet.

And if you’re in that messy middle right now...
Where the growth feels slow and the doubts feel loud…

Just know:
Your words matter.
Your presence matters.
Your impact is bigger than the numbers.

Keep going.

You’re further than you think.
